These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Camelback East Marketing website (the “Site”) and any related services or content we provide through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Agreement to these Terms

3) The Site and what it provides

No guarantee of outcomes. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control (market conditions, competition, budgets, timing, platforms, your internal approvals, etc.). Nothing on this Site is a guarantee of rankings, leads, revenue, or any other result.

4) Client engagements (when you hire us)

Using the Site does not create a client relationship.

If you hire us, the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, payment terms, and responsibilities will be governed by a separate written agreement (for example: a proposal, statement of work, or service agreement). If there is a conflict between these Terms and the separate agreement, the separate agreement controls for that engagement.

Changes to scope. Work outside the agreed scope requires written approval (including fee and timeline adjustments) before it begins.

5) Payments, invoices, and refunds

If you purchase services or deliverables from us, payment terms will be defined in the separate written agreement and/or invoice.

Unless explicitly stated in writing:

  • Fees are due according to the invoice schedule
  • Late payments may pause work until the account is current
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled only if explicitly provided for in the separate written agreement

6) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or systems
  • Interfere with Site operation (e.g., probing, scanning, scraping at scale, denial-of-service, introducing malware)
  • Copy, reproduce, resell, republish, or exploit Site content except as permitted under these Terms
  • Misrepresent your identity or provide false information through forms

We may restrict or terminate access to the Site if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camelback East Marketing and its owners, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

13) Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
