Our Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 15th, 2026

This page explains how Camelback East Marketing collects, uses, and protects information from visitors, subscribers, and clients who interact with our website, emails, and services. It’s written in plain language so Phoenix-area businesses can quickly see what’s collected, why, and how to contact us with questions.

We update this policy when our tools or practices change, and the “Last updated” date below reflects the most recent revision. If you continue using this site after any update, that use is treated as acceptance of the current Privacy Policy.

Who we are

Camelback East Marketing (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a marketing services provider based in Phoenix, Arizona, serving businesses in Camelback East, Biltmore, Arcadia, and the greater Phoenix area. Our website address is https://www.camelbackeast.com.

If you have questions about this policy or how your information is handled, you can contact us using the details provided at the bottom of this page.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

If we enable comments on the site and you leave a comment, we collect the data shown in the comment form, along with your IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you use it; their privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile image (if any) may be visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Contact forms and intake forms

When you submit a form (for example, to request a consultation, download a toolkit, or join an email list), we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, and any message you include. This information is used to respond to your request, qualify fit, and, where you’ve opted in, send you marketing or educational content.

We may store form submissions in our WordPress database, email inboxes, and CRM/email tools integrated with the site so we can track follow-ups and maintain accurate records.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager)

We use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) together with Google Tag Manager (“GTM”) to understand how visitors use this site and to measure the performance of our content and campaigns. GA4 collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, and actions like button clicks or form views; this data is aggregated and does not include your name or direct contact details.

Google may also process this information as described in its own policies, and you can learn more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Forms (Fluent Forms)

Our contact, intake, and toolkit request forms are powered by Fluent Forms, a WordPress form plugin that stores submissions on our website and can pass them to connected tools like our CRM or email service. When you submit a form, Fluent Forms may capture the information you enter (such as name, email, business details, and your message), your IP address, and basic technical details to help with spam protection and security.

Where appropriate, we may include a consent checkbox on forms so you can agree to how we’ll use your information before submitting.

Email + CRM (FluentCRM)

We use FluentCRM, a WordPress-based CRM and email automation tool, to manage contacts, send email campaigns or sequences, and keep track of engagement (for example, opens and clicks). Contact records in FluentCRM may include details you have provided (such as name, email, business, and form responses), subscription status, tags/segments, and basic email activity.

FluentCRM stores this data on our own WordPress installation rather than on a separate SaaS platform, and it provides settings that help with compliance, such as anonymizing IP addresses and honoring unsubscribe requests.

Transactional email (Postmark)

For system and transactional emails (such as form confirmations or account-related messages), we use Postmark as our email delivery provider. When an email is sent via Postmark, the service processes information such as the recipient’s email address, message content, and delivery/engagement metadata (for example, delivery status, opens, and clicks) to send the message reliably and maintain deliverability.

Postmark processes this data only to provide the email service on our behalf and states that it does not sell personal information; you can learn more about Postmark’s data practices in their Data Processing Addendum and EU Data Protection documentation at https://postmarkapp.com.

Where required, certain analytics features may be limited or disabled based on your consent or browser settings.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Remember your preferences (for example, cookie consent choices).
  • Help secure the site and detect spam or abuse.
  • Measure how visitors use the site and which content is most helpful.

If you log in to a user account (if accounts are enabled), WordPress may set additional cookies to remember your login session and display preferences; some of these cookies typically last from your session up to one year. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling certain cookies may affect how the website functions.

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content (for example, videos, images, or articles) from other websites. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if you visited the other website directly.

These third-party sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third‑party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction if you have an account and are logged in to that other site. You should review the privacy policies of those providers for details on their practices.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:

  • Service providers that help us operate the website, manage forms, send emails, or run analytics (for example, web hosting, email delivery, CRM, and analytics platforms).
  • Security and anti‑spam services that help protect the site and prevent abuse.

If you request a password reset for a site account, your IP address may be included in the reset email to help with security and fraud prevention.

Where required by law, we may also disclose information in response to valid legal requests or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment (when comments are enabled), the comment and its metadata may be retained indefinitely so we can recognize and approve follow‑up comments automatically instead of holding them for manual moderation.

For users who register on our website (if any), we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. Users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username), and site administrators can also see and edit that information.

Form submissions and related communication records are kept for as long as needed to respond to your request, maintain accurate business records, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, have left comments, or have submitted forms, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided. You can also request that we erase personal data we hold about you, subject to any data we must keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data under applicable privacy laws (for example, rights to access, correct, restrict, or object to certain processing). You can exercise these rights by contacting us using the details at the bottom of this page.

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments (when enabled) may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Analytics and certain technical data may be processed by third‑party providers that operate in other regions or countries, and we aim to work with reputable providers that implement appropriate safeguards for your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our site, tools, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy, so we encourage you to review this page periodically.

How to contact us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or would like to make a request about your personal data, contact us using the contact form on this website or the contact details provided on our “Contact” or “Get Started” page.
