Accessibility Statement
Camelback East Marketing is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We design and maintain this site with accessibility in mind as part of our standard publishing and QA process.
Our accessibility goal
We aim to meet the intent of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Where that standard is not fully met on a specific page or component, our expectation is simple: we fix it or provide a practical workaround.
What we do to support accessibility
We build and publish with these minimum standards:
- Clear structure: one H1 per page and logical heading order.
- Readable content: scannable layout, descriptive headings, and plain-language labels.
- Keyboard usability: navigation, links, buttons, and accordions should be usable without a mouse.
- Images and icons: meaningful images include alt text; decorative visuals are marked so assistive technology can ignore them.
- Link and button clarity: actions are labeled clearly (no “click here”).
- Forms: fields have visible labels and validation messaging is designed to be understandable.
Known limitations
Despite ongoing effort, some accessibility issues may still occur, especially in these situations:
- Third-party embeds or plugins (maps, video players, external scheduling or ticketing tools) that we do not control.
- Older posts or legacy pages that were published before current standards were enforced consistently.
- Document downloads (PDFs, templates, or third-party files) that may not fully meet accessibility standards.
If you encounter an issue, report it. If it matters to a real user, it is a real defect.
Feedback and support
If you have trouble using any part of this website, tell us what happened and we will respond with a practical next step.
Please include:
- The page URL
- What you were trying to do
- The device/browser and (if applicable) assistive technology you are using
Contact: Use the contact form at /contact/ (preferred), or email [email protected].
If you need information in an alternative format, request it and we will provide a reasonable accommodation when possible.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review new pages during QA, and we treat accessibility issues the same way we treat broken tracking or broken conversions: they get prioritized and resolved.
